At Vaidik Ayurveda, we aim to provide you with high-quality Ayurvedic products and excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy makes it easy for you to request a replacement or return under the right conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • You received a wrong, damaged, or defective product
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • The return request is initiated within 48 hours of delivery
  • You provide valid photo or unboxing video proof

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Return requests made after 48 hours of delivery
  • Products purchased during promotional sales (unless damaged)

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  2. Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and photo/video proof
  3. Our support team will review and respond within 1–2 business days

4. Return Pickup Process

  • Once your return is approved, we will schedule a pickup via our courier partner
  • Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during return transit
  • In case pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to ship the product yourself and share the receipt for reimbursement

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost
  • If the return is due to a customer error or change of mind, return shipping will be borne by the customer

6. Exchange Policy

We offer replacement/exchange in the following cases:

  • Received damaged or expired product
  • Received a different product than ordered
  • Replacement will be shipped once the returned product is received and inspected
