1. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- You raise a refund request within 48 hours of delivery
- You share unboxing video or photo proof of the damaged/wrong item
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Opened or used products
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Items purchased during sales or special promotions (unless defective)
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund:
- Email us at support@vaidikayurveda.com or WhatsApp us at +91-8448825001
- Provide your order ID, reason for refund, and photo/video proof
- Our support team will verify the claim and respond within 1–2 business days
4. Refund Process
- Once approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, Card, Net Banking, etc.)
- You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once the refund is initiated
5. Shipping Costs
- If the refund is due to our error (damaged, wrong item), we will bear the return shipping costs
- If the refund is due to customer change of mind, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount
6. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment only
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed
- You may request cancellation via the “My Account” section or by contacting our support
